- Australia flood pricing data provides a quantified measure of flood risk for all Australian properties. The data allows insurers to understand how flood risk can change from one property to the next and enables them to implement flood risk-reflective pricing strategies for their policies. Pricing data are expressed as an annual damage ratio (ADR®) that represent the expected annualised cost of flood damage at a single location as a proportion of the sum insured.
